Dried Flowers

One of my favorite things to do with my flowers are to dry them. I choose varieties that are best for holding their color and shape in the drying process. Most of my flowers are dried by hanging them upside down in a cool, dark area but I also enjoy drying some varieties such as dahlias, zinnias and sunflowers in silica crystal gels because they hold their pedal shape better this way.

My dried flowers are sold as bouquets, wreaths, by the bunch, in my dried flower confetti bags, Christmas ornaments, and in the Fall, on my dried flower and pumpkin arrangements. (Pictured on the right)

**Return Policy for Dried Flowers**

At Pinnacle Farms, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality dried flowers that meet their expectations. In order to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return policy for dried flowers:

**No Returns for Dried Flowers**

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for dried flowers. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

1. **Nature of Dried Flowers**: Dried flowers, by their very nature, have undergone a preservation process that renders them in a state where they will not wilt or decay further. Dried flowers remain the same in appearance as when they were purchased, and as such, any changes in their appearance cannot be attributed to quality issues.

2. **Fragile Nature**: Dried flowers are delicate and fragile. While we take utmost care in packaging and handling, once the product has left our premises, we cannot guarantee its condition during transit or subsequent handling.

**Exceptions**:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect dried flower product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
