Adopt Autumn Care Rehabilitation Center Bouquet
The generosity of several of my bouquet subscribers has given me the wonderful idea to offer Adopt Autumn Care Bouquets! Autumn Care Rehabilitation Center is located just down the road from my farm and the residents always love when I drop off flowers!
You can purchase a bouquet for the residents to enjoy for the week and I will match your donation in flowers. So, if you purchase a $25 bouquet, I will match it and deliver them $50 worth of flowers on your behalf. This would be flowers for the common area so everyone can enjoy them. Choose from a small ($25), medium ($40), or large bouquet ($50).
I would love to be able to have them flowers every week until my season ends around mid-October. Flower purchased will be delivered the next open week, and you will be sent an email with a picture of your donated flowers upon delivery. If you would like anything specific written the tag that accompanies the flowers, please include that in the comments at check-out. Thank you for your generosity!
